I rarely get the chance to work with someone with the talent level and , who stand out like Hema. I had the pleasure of having Hema as one of the quality managers on my projects at PerkinElmer. She supported multiple initiatives for me and excelled at seeing defects and gaining support from our project teams and our customers to work together to build understanding and commitment to tackle quality issues.
