I started following Cheryl when I was researching leadership mentors. As a business owner for over 15 years, I have always sought education and mentors from beyond my "circle". When I found her You Tube videos I watched, rewatched, studied and reasearched. Her teachings were exactly what I was needing and looking for! I eventually reached out to her to see if there was some way I could bring her to my city so that others could learn from her; I was over the moon when we were able to make this happen.

In February 2018 I signed up for her training and coaching. Cheryl helped me expand my mind, expand my business and the change that I have experienced since I started working with her is incredible. It is easy to get stuck with the mind set of "this is how it is". Having a strong coach like Cheryl who asks the right questions, questions that challenge you and open the creative and strategic part of your brain, you see your future in ways you never thought were possible.

I have a passion for business and I do love change, however, not change for the sake of change; change that makes a major positive impact. Managing that change can be a major stress, but what you will learn from Cheryl is how to lead yourself and your team through the needed changes in order to succeed.

Cheryl was the keynote speaker at the California State University Facilities Management Conference and delivered a dynamic and compelling presentation about mapping the future and she was amazing! As one of the millennials in the room, I appreciated her dual Perspective on the opportunities that exist for all generations in the workplace and what future changes that could bring to university facilities if we work together! Cheryl is a must invite speaker especially when there are multiple age groups in the audience + discussing university campuses!

Cheryl was our closing speaker at an exclusive HR Summit for 100 senior business and HR leaders. It was a social business summit, a full day and Cheryl finished the day with a keynote "leading change in a technological workplace". What I especially liked is that Cheryl did not deliver a canned keynote as many do- she listened the whole day and in her keynote referenced key nuggets from each presenter before her. Cheryl' s expertise and her professional yet very personable style was a grounding combination for the attendees. I would highly recommend Cheryl as a speaker for a business and senior audience and would engage her 100% again.
