Jonathan joined IT Field Service team at PwC to assist drive to automate audits and enhance value to PwC external client network primarily in Florida. He very quickly built relationships with key leaders in the Partnership and also with IT Champions, who he empowered through training and demonstrating how the automation added value to clients. He moved into Leadership role and became an expert in answering questions and solving problems not just for IT staff but also for practice staff who earned fees for the business. He also promoted great balance in directing IT staff and professional teams to use the most efficient solution path, which was a centralized Help Desk or specialized teams within IT service groups. This allowed him to be very effective and efficient in working on the most critical issues facing IT Field Services at all times. Bottom line is he put a very pleasant face on the changing face of operations at PwC using IT as a primary Knowledge Core Competency Management tool and this enabled PwC to advance in the region in a very strategic competitive and effective manner. At the same time Jonathan took time after work to study and gain his college degrees that would help him to accelerate his career further as he looked to take on more challenging assignments. It was a great experience to work beside Jonathan and I have no doubt that his present and future success will benefit whatever organization he is engaged by to deliver top both results to it's many constituent groups.

I just read Jonathan's IMF report from a Web Forum in which he presented on Managing IT Innovation for Business Value: http://theimf.com/index.php?id=38&reportID=917
It is a tremendously informative and thought provoking report, Jonathan posses the following dilemma to IT leaders "14% of innovations are radical & produce 61% of profits. Then why are 86% of innovation resources focused on incremental improvements?"
Definitely on my recommended reading list.
